Perm resident Vladislav Starostin is a person:

• who wants and is able to create space for people around him;
• who cares about his home and surrounding environment;
• whose initiatives we want to support.

We helped organize a race for young athletes. The project united sports, charity, and family values and turned into a real celebration!
